Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You get 3 videos every week with no card required. Each video includes its captions and up to 3 exports, with no watermark.
Does a plan renew automatically?
No. Each payment buys 30 days. When the period ends your account goes back to the free plan unless you buy another one, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge.
What happens if I buy again before my plan ends?
Buying the same plan adds 30 days after your current period. Upgrading from Pro to Studio starts straight away.
What does storage mean?
How long your videos, subtitles and exports stay available after you last worked on them: 24 hours on Free, 7 days on Pro and 30 days on Studio. Download anything you want to keep.
What if I use up my videos?
Credits pick up where your plan stops. They never expire, work on every plan and cost 12 credits per minute of finished video.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in Indian rupees for visitors from India. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay; your bank may add a conversion fee if your card uses another currency.
